API and MCP server | LocalFlowerShop

Read-only, no key, no login. The same four capabilities are available three ways: plain JSON over HTTP, an MCP server for AI agents, and WebMCP tools in the browser. Please keep request rates reasonable; heavy users should say hello.

Endpoints

Endpoint	What it returns
`GET /api/florists` MCP tool `search_florists`	Find real local flower shops by city and state, zip code, or shop name. Returns name, address, phone, rating, review count, hours and the listing URL, best-rated first.
`GET /api/florists/{slug}` MCP tool `get_florist`	One florist by its listing slug: full details, hours, latest published reviews and the towns it delivers to.
`GET /api/cities` MCP tool `list_cities`	Cities and towns in a state that have florist pages, with the number of shops in each.
`GET /api/site` MCP tool `get_site_info`	What LocalFlowerShop is, how many florists and cities it covers, how ordering works, and its contact details.
`GET /api/suggest?q=` no MCP tool; powers the search box	City name completion that forgives partial and misspelled names: up to 12 cities with state, page URL and florist count.

MCP

JSON-RPC 2.0 over HTTP at https://localflowershop.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP; initialize, tools/list, tools/call, ping). The server card is at /.well-known/mcp/server-card.json. DNS-AID records live at _mcp._agents.localflowershop.com.

Listing facts are provided so people can find and contact florists directly. Bulk republication of the directory is not permitted; see the terms. Ratings and reviews are moderated and never for sale.
